Yet another day when all of the Brexit ironies died...

Mr “If there’s a no-deal Brexit, I’ll bring the price of beer down!” in 2019...

Mr “The UK has a low birth rate. A reasonably liberal immigration system controlled by those we have elected, as distinct from the EU system, would be a plus for the economy and the country'' in 2021...

What exactly did he think a hard Brexit meant? Now of course as he cannot exploit minimum wage eastern Europeans to work in his shit pubs a liberal immigration system should be the new plan? (Well of course I think it should be, but not cause of this wanker)

All of the Brexit ironies... you could not make it up.

The UK needs immigrants! (To work as cheap labor.)

Australia needs open borders as soon as possible: mainly backpackers, students from Asia. Restaurant meals don't serve themselves up, nor does produce pick itself. Then there are the Universities, crying out for foreign student money!

And look at America! Imported free labor from Africa centuries ago, they were there just for the taking, so why not?
More recently - able bodied workers from south of the border, just don't mind asking for paperwork about them being legitimately in the country!
Home reno shows - the white home owner talks to the white foreman on camera, the actual workers don't show their faces on camera, nor mutter a word.
I wonder why?

I guess paying decent wages to attract locals to work low skill jobs is too much to ask?

But sure, Brexit will make beer cheaper (reasons unexplained) but you may need to serve it up yourself.
Oh, want food with that? Kitchen is over there! DIY!

Not when a lot of the ingredients are imported and ingredients like UK grown hops require cheap immigrant farm labour.

Personally I just see Mullet Man as a warning to those who would turn their businesses into a far right hobby horse.

Not only do I not think that people want politics rammed down their throats when they go out for a drink but it also seems to be bad for staff morale and recruitment!
