Redrawing constituency boundaries to lock Labour out of power for a decades is at the top of the agenda for the new Conservative government, senior Tories have said.

losing elections. ALEC has easy-to-use kits for this, I believe. Just call a Koch.
Don't forget - the losing party must then act like the winning party, and still get to blame liberals when they keep losing. It's a feature!
