There was an issue with the timestamps that added journal entries to the end of people's journals instead of the top. Scroll down to the end of the last page of your journal and you will see some of your recently added entries...

Apparently the issue is fixed - he suggested deleting the misplaced journal entries and then adding them again to get them in the proper order.
