pop-ups from Malware-Bytes.

I'm not convinced yet that it's the result of a PUP. But, I am getting a pop up from Malware bytes that says there's an update to their software and the pop up compels me to start the download. I did purchase the product so this question is probably best handled by someone who has a paid copy.

I did start the process and I had to accept new terms and conditions in order to continue. I read through it and learned that they would be collecting private information and offered a url that they claimed would explain those ts and cs. So I clicked it to review the info.

Basically, it was just a link to the main Malware Bytes website and I wasn't going to sift through the site for the information because I didn't think they would have made it so hard to do if their intentions were good.

So, here I am, asking DUers how to remove the pop-up and still maintain a usable copy of MB.

The terms and conditions aren't really any different than the ones for previous versions. Or for any other software.
