Question About Windows 10 Upgrade

The Windows 10 roll out is the same day as the nationwide Bernie Sanders Conference with thousands of his supporters. In anticipation of any possible problems, would you recommend upgrading to Windows 10 the day after the conference?

However, some users chose an automatic upgrade which may occur on July 29.

My computers, 4 of them, do not have the CPU speed to upgrade. I get all I need from XP.
Using Office 2007 and very happy and productive.
