Right click context menu for Firefox 11.0, meaning of underlined first letters ?
I know this is terribly basic but I've never learned this.
Example: Right click a web page in Firefox 11.0. You see the word Reload with the "R" underlined. What does this mean exactly ?
Thanks for your time.

(29,149 posts)1. keyboard shortcuts -- right click and then press an underlined key to perform the command
Edited to add--also works for the top menus as well, and all of those can be accessed by pressing the alt-key plus the underlined letter. So, for example, Alt-F opens the file menu and then pressing T would open a new tab.

Instead of navigating the context menu you could also reload a page by pressing <Ctrl> R. Of course, F5 is even easier.

"Reload" means refreshing the current web page.
Often, the F5 (function5) key does the trick, same as "Reload" or "Refresh".

If you want to skip using the mouse at all, the menu key -
-does the same as a right click without a mouse. Maybe not so helpful in firefox as there are other keyboard shortcuts to do things, but might be useful if your mouse packs in.
