Yahoo mail doesn't work most of the time now

the headers and links are non-functional. Can't do anything except click one email at a time, from the main page, and read it, and return to the main page. Can't delete, go to the next one, move them. Cleared all cookies, reset, turned off tracking blockers. Yahoo is just so fouled up.

Update: turned out to be a cross-linked problem with another email provider that also runs off Yahoo as their provider. Keeping both these tabs open confuses Yahoo mail. I only teased this out by trying to open Yahoo mail in Chromium and realizing it was pulling up the other email address for login. Computers are safe though, and information dedicated and private, even when cross-linked.

Yahoo always was the screw up of screw ups.

But they are otherwise working fine (or as well as Yahoo has been). They always keep asking me to switch to ad-free, etc. but I'm not about to pay for what I get on Yahoo.

5. A month ago my Y! mail account started signing me out every time.

They really really REALLY want my mobile number "so (I) don't get locked out." But I don't have a mobile number (yeah, I'm old and don't need a celly, sue me) so each time I have to sign in, reload the page to eliminate the "don't get locked out" beggery, and enter my mail account via their trashy Currently-dot-com page. I've tried cookie deletion and other browsers, same results. It's deliberate.

What they want: More of my info to sell.
What they're gonna get: One more deleted account.
