WIFI problem, I think.

For the last three days, my Android does not connect to any WIFI.
Before, I could be anywhere and have connectivity to the internet, bus schedule app, and Google Maps, etc.
Now when I am more than 100 feet from my home I get no connection.
Moto G Stylus, Consumer Cellular.
I've tried Ccleaner and Malwarebytes without any success.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance.

Also there might be a data limit setting you can adjust.. This wouldn't change your phone service data plan. It is more of a self governing setting

Possibly by an update.

It would be unusual to be able to be connected to wifi everywhere unless it's an area that has a community mesh or something like that. As you alluded to, when it loses wifi, it would usually just switch to data via the mobile provider network.

That's probably what was happening. I don't even notice when mine switches back and forth.
