on one thing like this. If it is a windows computer and it is just the one issue, you could try clearing browser image/file cache and then forcing system maintenance (it is found under control panel, security and maintenance, start maintenance button.) There are a ton of things that could be tried but if you think windows or a particular browser app is not quite right it is generally recommended to try and reinstall the app or windows itself. If it were me, I would try finding if other people have a similar issue on WIndows 10 Forums or Windows 11 forums and seek out solutions from an expert forum.
