What is a good gmail extractor?
I would like it to pull whatever is in the Inbox and place it in a prescribed subdirectory.
I already tried mail downloader attachment and it didn't work.

(1,837 posts)then you can keep it organized how you want locally. or outlook if you prefer microsoft products, which i don't. you should be able to just type your email address in the new account wizard and ba-da-bing thunderbird will figure out the server and download everything in your inbox that hasn't already been downloaded. since it's a new install that will be everything.
then you can organize at your leisure offline.

(1 post)Hi,
Gmail backup tool is a good gmail extractor application that helps user to extract all emails from your Gmail account to local hard drive as well as convert it into PST or EML file format. http://www.gmailbackup.org/
