Take the batteries out, wait 30 seconds or so, reassemble, reconnect and see it that makes a difference.

That's all I got.

That's when I realized I didn't need Apple.

I bought a Logitech wireless mouse and have had no problems.

That seems to be where the problem is. That used to work, for a while anyway.

My mice would short out. You could actually hear it crackle when it was plugged in.

I cannot recall how many I had to replace. That, and TV remotes.
My new dog prefers a different type of mouse, the one that squeaks. She thinks catching them and leaving them on my lap is a show of love.

they last for years. I had to buy my 2nd one off ebay because they don't sell them locally anymore. Best thing Microsoft ever put out.
