Anyone else having problems with the Surf Shark VPN app. on their IPad following the recent update? My download speed

prior to the update was 70-80 MbPS. Following the update my speed is typically below 10 and never above 20. I tried every remedy recommended in the SS Help Guide with no success. The referenced speeds are the same regardless of the server I access.

So that is making me think it is something in the OS, both IOS and Mac OS causing these VPN issues.
