Not because Leahy can't win reelection, but because he's 81 and Vt has a republican governor

If Scott were to select a top tier Republican to replace Leahy or Sanders- It will be former Governor Jim Douglas who is 70 years old.Otherwise VT will stay in the Democratic column.- TJ Donovan.
