Which Democrat that is likely to challenge Sinema(D-AZ) in 2024 can win in 11/2024?

Ruben Gallego-D?
Served in the AZ State Legislature from 2011-2015
US House of Representative from 2015- present.
Greg Stanton-D?
Served in the Phoenix City Council from 2000-2009.
Phoenix Mayor from 2012-2018.
US House of Representative from 2019- present.

Stanton was Mayor of Phoenix which has a population of 1.7 million.
The population in a US Congressional District is between 700,000 to 750,000.

Stanton could carry
AZ-1cd, AZ-2cd, AZ-9cd, AZ-13cd, and AZ-7cd.
