IL-14(Underwood-D) takes Northeastern Lake County(Waukegan) from IL-10(Schneider-D) and gives IL-10(Schneider-D) Southwestern Lake County.
IL-14(Underwood-D) takes DuPage County from IL-11(Foster-D) and gives IL-11(Foster-D) Will County.
IL-14(Underwood-D) takes DeKalb County and Eastern Boone County from IL-16(Kinzinger-R).
IL-17(Bustos-D) takes Winnebago County and Western Boone County from IL-16(Kinzinger-R).
IL-17(Bustos-D) takes Peoria County from IL-18(LaHood-D).
IL-13(Davis-R) takes McLean County and Sangamon County from IL-18(LaHood-R)
IL-18(LaHood-R) takes Western LaSalle County, Putnam County, Bureau County, Lee County, and Ogle County from IL-16(Kinzinger-R).
IL-15(Miller-R) takes Iroquois County, Ford County, Livingston County, Grundy County and Eastern LaSalle County from IL-16(Kinzinger-R)
IL-1(Rush-D) and IL-2(Kelly-D) take Will County from IL-16(Kinzinger-R).
