Sherrod Brown is the only current Democratic statewide elected official in OH.

The 2022 OH US Senate Election is similar to the 2006 TN US Senate Election.
The Democratic nominee in the 2006 TN US Senate Election- Harold Ford Jr. narrowly lost.
