I suppose he has some sort of evidence that they got him black-out drunk, then he
might have a chance. Without actual evidence that he had a blood alcohol level 3-4 times the legal limit and that it was the casino that served him enough drinks to get him in the state, then I think it's probably a weak case, but what the hell, he did lose a half a million.
