An 89-year-old Jacksonville man has been charged with aggravated battery following a Saturday shooting in a dispute over television, police said.
During the argument, Kenon Lee Ferguson told his 59-year-old son-in-law you dont own anything in this house, a police report said.
Joel Edward Perry responded, do something about it, the report said.
A witness told police Ferguson went to his bedroom and returned with a .38 caliber handgun. The argument heated up and Perry was shot in the right leg. The injuries were not life-threatening, police said.

Both of them could have been shot.
More guns!

If that guy manages to avoid jail, I'll bet son-in-law won't screw with him like he used to ...

From the article:
"He is charged with aggravated domestic battery and was being held Monday in the Duval County jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Inmates in the jail dont have television privileges, according to the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office."
