I know people that are abused as kids can get messed up by it and it can be intergenerational, but there has got to be a better way to identify and treat and stop this cycle. I am a liberal and I try to be understanding of context and life situation, but this I just can't forgive or understand.

Listen, if you were molested as a child and then grow up and feel like you are going to do that to another child get help. Stop yourself. It is sick and cruel and hurtful. There is no justification.

Children need protection. I just don't have any sympathy for people who prey on them and betray their trust. They need to be removed from society and this needs to stop.
