Apparently there is some question about the 15% viability rule and if it applies to each island or the total votes.

Nate has it at at 6-1 and he is probably right.

Most, if not all, of the other contests have a statewide threshold for viability as well. VI only has it at the Island level, or so that is how people are interpreting it. If this were any other contest, he would not get any delegates at all with his margins.

It's been changed to 6-1.

Because VI is a caucus, not a primary, Sanders will get 1 delegate from St John + part of St Thomas district.
