(16,104 posts)Obviously, Senator Sanders (I-VT) is well aware of meaningless, symbolic, politics-only voting in the Senate.
But that's OK.
We would never suggest abandoning health care for millions would leave him with blood on his hands. That would be ridiculous!
He doesn't have the omniscient super powers of a Hillary, does he?

I believe they expected more show of loyalty from someone who wants to be the next President. A DEM no less. Bernie's no-show spoke loudly and Trust is a fragile thing.
They needed his vote & he needed theirs.
As usual, the clean up crew that will step in to get America's house back to a liveable, healthy & sustainable, well functioning home for all, will be a crew of women.
