Women deserve access to the health care they need—without interference, intimidation, or violence.

If only Bernie Sanders understood that. His non vote was disgusting and his inaction is a affront to all women everywhere.

In bold is my comment.

And, the closeness..

Senators voted 52-47 to pass the bill. Two moderate Republicans — Susan Collins of Maine and Mark Kirk of Illinois — joined Democrats in opposing the bill. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., was absent.

Apparently NOT

By blowing off that vote for his campaign just shouted loud & clear that he's just not that interested in women's health issues after all.

He couldn't have made a louder "silent statement" & women heard him.
But did you catch that really cool pro women statement his campaign mgr released to the press on behalf of 30% bernie?
Yup. What an effin insult. That vote was symbolic & spoke volumns. He blew it & every women's group noticed.

I don't know what kind of campaign he's running but its not working so well.
