I have tried to bridge the gap

I don't really have much confidence, but it's worth a shot. The hard core, I don't know what motivates them. But they aren't all hard core, and for those that are real Democrats we are going to need to reach some consensus after the primaries.

I love it when they accuse me of being "muddied." Ha!

I heard Noman Goldman say yesterday that it would be a shame to negate the civil war that's going on between the radical Republican base and the establishment with our own.

Intellectually I know that these people will not matter, because they did not matter before. But it still pains me.

Just my muddy thought. That's all.
