Super duper quadruple FEC firewall he set up to keep his donor list from going public.

While Hillary's is proudly displayed thru the FEC, easily accessible.

http://m.dailykos.com/stories/2016/2/17/1486646/-Why-Is-Sanders-Hiding-His-Donor-Data-Is-Grandpa-Being-Trans-Parent

Half truths & firewalls.
Like the Nadar Nurses Super Pac thats been supporting him since 2014.
Mr "I don't have a super pac" once again fails to disclose the whole truth. Picking & choosing key parts while not providing the rest is of course, intent to decieve.

http://time.com/4233514/bernie-sanders-hillary-clinton-nurse-superpac/

Not the sort of thing one expects from someone who runs his campaign on wholesome purity, while pointing a finger at his opponant.
Hillary appears to be the ONLY truthful candidate in this 2016 race.

Very happy to see the media finally fact checking & calling Sanders methods for what they really are.

About time.
Less & less people are believing bernies repetitive stump speech mantra.

FEC launches inquiry into hundreds of “excessive” contributions to Bernie Sanders campaign

The Federal Election Commission has launched an inquiry into hundreds of what it calls “excessive” unexplained contributions to the Bernie Sanders 2016 campaign for President, according to a letter the FEC has sent to Sanders and posted yesterday on its official government website. The inquiry comes even as Sanders tries to make the case that he’s running the cleanest campaign in the 2016 race due to his lack of excessive outside contributions, and the revelation could not come at a worse time.

In what the FEC has titled “Excessive, Prohibited, and Impermissible Contributions” to the Bernie Sanders campaign, it lists nearly a thousand contributions from hundreds of donors, some of them repeat offenders. Sanders is accused of failing to provide adequate detail on who the contributors are beyond their names, which campaigns are required to make their best effort to do under federal law. The FEC is also informing Sanders that he “may have to refund the excessive amount” if he can’t adequately explain where all the money came from. But it gets worse.

Sanders Spent Nearly Twice as Much as Clinton on TV Ads as Nevada Vote Approaches
Bernie Sanders poured about $2.9 million into broadcast ads last week, nearly twice as much as Hillary Clinton, his rival for the Democratic presidential nomination, spreading his message to crucial Super Tuesday states.
Since winning the New Hampshire Democratic primary on Feb. 9, Sanders has boosted his spending on television by about 70 percent, according to an estimate through Feb. 15 by Kantar Media's CMAG, which tracks political ads on broadcast television and national cable. Clinton spent $1.6 million during the same period, a 45 percent increase from the week before.

Clearly, there are states he will not win, no matter how much he spends.

But that will take a series of events over years:

1) Lower court cases working their way up to the SCOTUS
2) Serious changes in the makeup of the Supreme Court
3) Election of a Democratic president THIS YEAR (and that would be Hillary)

CU simply cannot be overturned without all those pieces falling into place, but will it ever make a difference.

People are talking about how he has no chance now all over the media. This will slow contributions to a trickle. I wonder what is happening with the FEC investigations into irregularities in expenditures for submitted travel expenses and contributions that exceeded the allowable amount. What if he has to start refunding money?
Jane could have to dip into the commissions she's been paid on ads.

But, it will likely open the vitriolic floodgates!

My (sad) prediction is: There will be a huge campaign screw up in one of the Super Tuesday states, as the campaign "A" team is spread too thin, and must rely on the "B" and "C" teams.

Regarding my campaign screw up prediction, I expect that there will be a corner cut that will make the campaign look really badly ... because the folks running the show are untested.
