Already a bad sign...

If there are threads about a Trump presidency and the BS supporters are welcoming that over Hillary winning?? I don't know where else to go here? Is there an underground of the underground??

Just tell me who here believes Hillary can win??

I know a couple of republicans who said they'll vote for Hillary just to stop Trump. So, there are more out there like that along with people who will stay home. The majority of dems will vote for anyone on Election Day. I think it's going to be fine.

When we start our GE GOTV efforts, we should get a huge turn-out. We tend to do that in Presidential elections, and let's face it--Trump is not very presidential.

because the last Bernie versus trump poll I saw had him up by 15 versus Hillarys 10 and that was Jan 13th.. don't think theres been another .. or putting him against cruz or Rubio.

doesn't sound mondaley to me but hey, maybe if you close your eyes and wish real hard for failure for a liberal candidate nationally.. you can dream of a world in which that's true

That's because they haven't "something-gate"-ed him yet. Remember what they did to John Kerry and he was a war hero! All the republicans would have to do is read the first few paragraphs of Bernie's wiki page out loud and half of America would rule him out as presidential...

just adjitators stirring up stuff to get a rise out of people..
lets not forget there are fake people on DU just getting us to fight with each other too...

I'm a massive Bernie supporter, but id never stay home or not vote for our nominee...
that being said,
I don't think any of us who truly believe in 'progressive' or 'liberal' ideaologies will get our way until money is out of politics...
time to stop the business as usual in Washington and actually change things and get things done..
so tired of the same ole crap of party bosses trying to decide elections for us! we fought against (Not me personally, but liberals) the idea of party bosses the entire beginning of the 20th century.. and here we are again, people with money in control of our party just like they were back then ... everything is corrupted by the money!

sorry if that makes me want the candidate whos most likely to do something about it and has proven hes not beholden to anyone but voters!

The anti-Hillary sentiment here is so strong in part because anyone can sign up and begin posting hatred. I'm sure there are a good number of new members here who bash Hillary daily while not posting one good word about Sanders. They know it's open season on her and as long as they avoid calling her a Feminazi or a bitch, anything goes.

If I go the Cesca's Daily Banter, The Daily Beast, or Huffington Post where posts are not anonymous, there's a whole different picture of the primary elections. A lot of Hillary supporters have lain low lately because it's hardly worth arguing with someone so hypnotized they think they'll go to Harvard Law for free and divvy up all the billionaire bankers' money.

Hold your head up, it'll be done soon.

and will stay with Bernie. I just donated again to him and I find it encouraging that he is ahead 6 points in the latest national poll. While I do not rely very much on polls I take that a good sign and will continue to fight for the person who should be President. He's earned my respect. However if Hillary gets the nod I will vote for her but my heart will not be in it. I think everyone with a sane mind needs to get a grip and consider the consequences of a Trump Presidency. That should NEVER happen. It would be catastrophic. I will back her as should everyone who loves this country.

We greatly appreciate it. While I would not dream of interfering with your right to vote as you wish in the primaries, please discuss the long-term risks to the country to your fellow Sanders supporters. Thank you.

I plan to vote for the Democratic nominee. Simple.

Over ANY of the GOP candidates, and I work with a huge wingnut who won't vote Trump, ever, but will write in Rubio. She has CDS, so won't ever vote for Hillary.

I also think quite a few GOP women will vote for La Hillary.

So, GO TRUMP!!!!!!!

Once the nomination's in place President Obama can start campaigning for her. I'd put up his skills at GOTV against anything Trump can say/do. I'd like to think when we get to the GE, journalists will stop feeding the clown show and start to treat Trump like a candidate and not a performer. Ask some tough questions, unpack his answers, push for more info and enough of his I can't tell you how I'm going to do it, it's a surprise.... Clinton debating Trump HAS to be an eye opener.

31. Bernie or Bust (?!?!?)

EXCELLENT article on this very topic. The Daily Banter is becoming a favorite spot of mine.

After Nevada, the Threats from the "Bernie or Bust" Crowd Grow Louder
"Give us what we want -- a Bernie Sanders nomination -- and no one gets hurt."

It began late Saturday afternoon in Nevada, as soon as it became clear that Hillary Clinton was going to win the Democratic caucus there. Maybe she wouldn’t win by 25 points, but the victory she’d pull off would be large enough for The Huffington Post to describe her as “handily” beating Bernie Sanders. And with that decisive victory, the first of its kind for Clinton this election season, the floodgates opened online and the rush of angry Sanders True Believers started to pour through. USUncut.com, the farcical internet clearing house for every kind of pro-Bern-feeling propaganda, called the entire caucus a “fiasco.” Crazy person H.A. Goodman, a fantasy writer turned Sanders’s own Baghdad Bob, upped his already delusional rhetoric and claimed that the Nevada loss only strengthened his argument that Bernie absolutely, positively will win the White House in a landslide. And of course Twitter lit up, as oodles of Sandersistas wailed, gnashed their teeth and promised not to vote for Clinton should she become the nominee because -- something something lying corporatist shill, or whatever.

The SBS supporters that I know personally will certainly support Hillary in the GE if she is the Dem nominee. I believe that they represent most of those who currently support SBS here. We have more in common than we have with ANY GOPer.

There is a strident core group of SBS supporters here who SAY that they support SBS but spend ALL their time here trashing HRC rather than promoting SBS. IMO, a good number among that core are not Dems, have never been Dems, have never supported Dem causes or candidates and either are GOP trolls or adolescents or nutcases (or both) who just want to post flamebait.

I have spent time phone-banking for Hillary during the past couple weeks and will phone-bank for her again next week - and as long as I have to because I really believe that she is the best candidate in 2016.

Last week and this week, I called voters in OK. Among those I reached last week, the majority told me they were undecided. This week, the overwhelming majority of those I reached were strongly for Hillary (4:1 ratio over Bernie). Of those who told me they would be voting for Bernie in the primary, half also volunteered (I hadn't asked) that they would vote for whoever is the Dem nominee in the GE.

DU is not representative of the real world.
