HILLARY CLINTON ROOM
Jason Easley
Hillary Clintons Mothers Day call for paid family leave illustrates why she is such a formidable presidential candidate.
Former Sec. of State Clinton said, It is outrageous that America is the only country in the developed world that doesnt guarantee paid leave. I have this new granddaughter, and I want her to have every opportunity, but I want every child in our country to have every opportunity. We know that when women are strong families are strong. When families are strong countries are strong. What more can we do so that it isnt quite so hard? The answer is that we can do a lot if we do it together.

out these issues. This is a great one, why is the US always behind on things like paid family leave and healthcare for all. We want the world to think we are the leaders and yet we follow. I am so happy Hillary addressed this issue. It should be a no brainer.

It's sad that nothing really has changed in that time on progressive issues.

Something like no family leave to Family and Medical Leave Act to paid leave?
And resistance to every step!
