3. Back when I started lurking on this site in 2002...

Back when I started lurking on this site in 2002 and finally joined in 2004, there was a time when such people were quickly -- and rightly -- identified as FReeper trolls. Somehow there seems to be fewer mechanisms in place now to control the troll infestation.

8. I noticed a lot of August 2016 memberships too.

I started clicking on the most vile posts one day in August and found memberships had started August 2016 in about half that I checked. It is the only day I bothered to look as I learned all I really needed to know.

Too bad there doesn't seem to be any way to control it anymore. It's as if Skinner just doesn't care if many of us choose not to continue to support or come back after this election cycle. I have been a supporter for a very long time, but doubt if I will continue unless he cleans up this cesspool.
