Probably the most frightening thing is that Condoleeza Rice didn't use e-mail. That is THIS century. You can't function in this world without e-mail. That is crazy.

Anyway, this whole thing is under control. They released the last batch of e-mails last Monday...there is nothing of relevance in there. I'm pretty sure the Clintons just want this over and done with. The IT guy given information today should accelerate that process.

No crime was committed, that is pretty obvious. The State Department is NOT an intelligence agency, which is hugely important. So using a private e-mail account/e-mail server is not even against the rules. The question is whether she knowingly (not inadvertently, but knowingly) exposed information that she should not have. Since nothing was marked at the time, that question is pretty unequivocally being answered as "no."
