Bernie fans are really grasping at straws

Some of them think that the Panama Papers leak will "propel" him into the White House. Not because the leaks will implicate Hillary, mind you, which is what I assumed the Berners would think, but because these revelations will make Americans really pay attention to his pure and elevated message.

But take it from my personal experience that Panama Papers have a tendency to tear mid-roll, and the adhesive edges often don't hold once the joint is lit.

explaining how The Rich bury their money in offshore tax havens.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2016/04/03/reactions-panama-papers-leak-go-global/82589874/

Three Bills burying the rich in taxes is going to somehow stop The Rich from living in the United States but storing their money in overseas tax havens. And y'know, I think he WILL - but not in the way he wants. I figure The Rich will just move to where their money is and wait until Congress impeaches the bastard.

Sadly, I haven't seen a single mention of the Panama Papers in American media, which is lousy. I wouldn't mind seeing Hillary address this and take a position on it, especially if she beats Bernie to the punch. But I'm guessing Bernie has already jumped on it, or will within hours.

They just did a report on it. No Americans named yet, journalists are pouring over the documents.
