Angola: Diplomat Happy With Recognition of Cuban Experts? Role

Cacuso — The Cuban ambassador to Angola, Gisela Garcia Rivera, expressed on Thursday in Cacuso municipality, northern Malanje province, her satisfaction at the recognition made by the provincial governor of the region, regarding the contribution of Cuban experts in the sectors of medical assistance, academic training and agriculture in the region.

The diplomat said so at the end of her two-day visit paid to Malanje province, aimed to reinforce the cooperation with local authorities in the fields of education and health.

"I am proud of the contribution of Cuban experts in the reconstruction of Angola. The Cuban Os colaboradores cubanos estão a representar condignamente a imagem do nosso país, atendendo que Cuba e Angola têm laços de sangue e de amizade", frisou.

According to her, Cuban professionals are true ambassador of Cuba to Angola, due to their performance in the tasks.

The Cuban delegation returned to Luanda on Thursday.
