So Maduro says protests require a permit, but then Chávez once said there should not be such a thing to freely protest on the streets, citing as the constitution as the only requirement needed. Interesting...

But then, when the atrocities are being committed by a supposed leftist government, they sure don't seem to have a problem that the protestors are being fired upon with live ammo, even when the worst that protestors are doing is throw rocks at them. Seems a tad harsh to respond to rock throwing with live ammo, doesn't it?
