Cuban medics relate their experience in Venezuela working in the indentured servitude program. THey can't go to the mall, beach, or movies. They can't fraternize with Venezuelans. They are watched over by a Cuban state official supervisor. They get 3000 Bs a month which is worth less than $50/month. About $200 a month is deposited back in Cuba but only available if they return with a satisfactory evaluation.
