Obviously they're never gonna even mention the abstention rate. They didn't do it for the last PSUV elections, they certainly aren't gonna do it for this one. All they have now is lying about how it was a record-setting election, they cannot admit or give any kind of indication regarding how their popularity has weakened so badly.
