Chile's turn with the power of people

In any case, beyond the battles and games in the geopolitical arena, Chile's example shows that people are a key factor for significant, or even radical, changes in every country. European countries should take advantage of this example, as eurozone became the new laboratory of the most cruel form of neoliberalism, while change in the European political scene appears to be substantial and fast.

Despite the presence of a continuing heavy presence of fascists in that country, they have maintained their righteous cause, and made such important gains, with great support from the working class.

The very idea US-supported dictator Pinochet's regime was able to start privatizing education, on the way to subjugating the poorer Chileans, deepening the chasm between the elite and everyone else, is deadly to democracy, and everyone knows that. Reserving education for only the offspring of those born to wealth is one of the filthiest moves a neo-liberal government can make.

Look how far they've come already, with the students speaking up, moving together against the country's common enemy.

Pinera, the Pinochet supporter went down in flames for rational reasons.

How beautiful it is to see the next generation, who KNOW what life is like under filthy fascism, stepping forward, taking their rightful places for the important movement into a better future.

Welcome to D.U., thanks for this material.
