A man dismembered a dog this Sunday on the main road of the popular housing of Los Guayos, Carabobo state.

It was observed that the subject had a knife with which he took the meat from the animal.

The fact spread on Twitter through a video. "It looks and does not believe, right?" Said the man who recorded the audiovisual material.
