More infants die of malnutrition in Venezuela

A seven-month-old baby dies of malnutrition
The incident was reported on Calle 19B in the La Sonrisa neighborhood, south of Maracaibo. Authorities investigate the case as death investigation

A seven-month-old girl, identified as Keismary Francisca Montero Castellano, died Thursday afternoon in the residence where she lived with her relatives, in the La Sonrisa neighborhood, 19B street, of the Manuel Dagnino parish, south of the city, for presenting a strong state of malnutrition.

According to the police report, the child was alone in the room, and when her parents returned to see her, she was found dead inside the bedroom. His relatives presume that it was because of the lack of food .

For now the CIPIC investigators are investigating this death. The body of the girl was transferred to the morgue of LUZ to practice the forensic exam.

It happens. Clearly, the family didn't have the nearly 100 minimum wages it takes to feed the family. If they could even get the food, since most protein cannot be found in Venezuela at any price.

These are barrios filled with Chavista voters. If this is happening to his dyed-in-the-wool supporters, how much longer?
