Is it too much to ask for running water?

“I just need you to avoid clashing with the guards, if you're going to protest there” - National Guard official in front of Miraflores Palace

“We don’t want cistern trucks here, we want running water!” “Running water! Running water!” - protesters and the "cacerolazo", a uniquely Latin American protest of El Pueblo.

The NG promised cistern trucks... though the water typically is river water at best and only suited for flushing toilets.

The wheels are coming off the wagon.

In response to the above situation, Maduro reached out to explain to El Pueblo that He hears them, and is on top of things!

(Thanks to the talent of these Spanish artists, who embody in the flamenco dance the spirit of our liberator Simón Bolívar ¡Viva el arte revolucionario!)

We shall dance our way to prosperity and well being, comrades!
