The ministry, led by Luiz Henrique Mandetta, is approved by 76% of the population, while the president received 33% approval amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The President is also in friction with the states. The governor of São Paulo, João Doria, asked the population not to follow the President and campaigned for everyone to stay at home. According to Datafolha, 57% agree with Doria.
