Colombia’s President Ivan Duque‘s terrorism strategy deprives any government critics of state protection, allowing anyone to threaten or assassinate his adversaries.
The terrorism strategy is a simple as it is effective. Duque has everyone in Colombia terrorized, expect those backing or enforcing the government and their mafia associates.

“Colombia is a country that condemns and exterminate people who think differently,” environmental advocate and black rights activist Francia Marquez said earlier this week.
Marquez is one of the few who is able to endure the constant death threats and the fear of when someone will try to assassinate her next.
