hmmm....I've heard over and over heare that Colombia is the third largest recipient of US aid. Colombia isn't even on the top ten list. Mexico and Haiti are the two nations in Latin America on the list.

3. thanks, but that is cumulative since 1996. Colombia apparently no longer is

among the top 10 according to recent data contrary to what is oft repeated here.

The info I provided is up to date and shows that Colombia has recieved more than Mexico and Haiti between 2007-2012.

7. its is accurate from the Congressional Research Office for 2010, Colombia is no longer in the top

10 unless of course you add numbers from previous years like you did.
