Obama gave a shout out to Joe during his presser w/Iraqi head honcho --

This was because we're hightailing it out of Iraq, and O began by thanking the troops, the Iraqi guy, and then specifically brought up Joe whose work on this played a big part. He said "my friend and partner, Joe Biden"

I was gratified to see that he acknowledged Joe's foreign policy expertise and of course screamed at him "so why didn't you listen to him when he said to NOT ramp up in Afghanistan???" Sigh. I'll never get over that - believing the Generals over Joe!!!!!

it seems Obama mentions or quotes Joe on a regular basis. Showing his appreciation for his amazing VP is not only the right thing to do, but its good politically with an election coming up. That way he's selling a team, not just one person.
