A registered letter for a rejection?

I just received a rejection letter from a company that I applied to. It was sent by registered mail.

Funny thing is, after the application, this is the first I heard from this company. I have gone to 2nd interviews then never hear from them. This is totally new.

What does it cost to send a courier to your home to get a signature? Big waste!

Sounds like a seriously paranoid company. Count your blessings. The_Casual_Observer Jul 2017 #1

I thought that you had gone to 2nd interviews with them.

Yea. Well, maybe they really liked your application or someone screwed up. Anyway at least you know how you stand with them. Too bad you didn't get the job seems like they need some help.

A 3 hr interview makes you think that the job is yours. After a month I contacted them and asked if I had missed an interview. No, they just forgot to tell me that I suck.
