PayPal issue -- want to shut down account and need advice
I am on the board of a small nonprofit and we are going to dissolve. We get lots of small donations through PayPal and must shut down our PayPal account to prevent money from coming it. The problem is that the PayPal account was set up through a volunteer who has left and we are unable to shut it down because her name is still on it.
Has anyone faced this issue? I'm sure it has happened before and there must be a workaround but we don't know what it is.
