(86,612 posts)on a regular basis. I only saw five items I have used when I didn't have time to make my own... and the ginger ale. But I drink ginger beer now instead.
Good to know though, all the more reason to avoid those products.

(4,031 posts)...Does a bag of Lipton Tea require/use palm oil? If it does, then no more lipton for me.
Do my Quaker rolled oats include palm oil? What about the generic bulk oats I buy, is nothing palm free?
And Mr. Newman, what are you doing? 'Organic' palm oil doesn't compute.
And upon edit: Where is the link/source of this list?

From the ucsusa.org website:
How the 30 biggest companies scored
To highlight the limitations of current efforts and persuade more companies to adhere to the new industry standards, UCS analyzed the 10 largest firms in each of three different sectorspackaged food, personal care, and fast foodand scored them on the extent of their global commitments to use palm oil that is deforestation-free, peat-free, and traceably and transparently sourced.
The results for all 30 companies are detailed in our report, Donuts, Deodorant, and Deforestation: Scoring America's Top Brands on Their Palm Oil Commitments. Company rankings are shown in the tables below.
Key: DF = deforestation-free; PF = peat-free; Tc = traceability; Tp = transparency; EA = early action.
