are first to offer to compromise to try to preserve Lake Mead, while downstream St. George, Utah is trying to grab MORE--not for sustaining or for agriculture, but for city/community growth. When questioned, it was a typically (RW) selfish attitude that so contrasted with what the tribes were saing. So frustrating.
