Diane Rehm did a show on fracking and Marcellus this morning
Actually, I guess it was prerecorded. There was an interesting distinction drawn between fracking pollution, as directly caused by the rock fracturing itself, versus fracking chemicals escaping to an aquifer via surface spills, or defective well casings. There was also a good comment regarding the current secrecy of some chemicals used in fracking, and the inability to test for those chemicals, or generate appropriate standards for them.
