Environmental advocates say the ruling in the EPA case is a blow in the fight against climate change and will hamper the Biden administrations environmental agenda. But West Virginia won the case in front of the court after a legal battle over the clean power plan. West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, who led the legal challenge to the EPA, joins Judy Woodruff to discuss.
