7. Seems to me that this is a way for some wealthy scum

to get out of paying property taxes. You have to be wealthy to own this puppy, and I would think that you could afford your taxes. But why bother---people like me will pay for all the services we need. These people can hoard their money, sitting in the dark counting it daily. Jeez.

someone will build an economy model...I find the principle intriguing...they can keep the ostentatious luxury...I'm a minimalist.
