One reality is that the safest way to move funds - obtained by "corrupt" means - through a closely monitored GREAT FIRE WALL, from a collapsing economy in China, is with a military satellite...

More than a dozen family members of China's top political and military leaders are making use of offshore companies based in the British Virgin Islands, leaked financial documents reveal.

The brother-in-law of China's current president, Xi Jinping, as well as the son and son-in-law of former premier Wen Jiabao are among the political relations making use of the offshore havens, financial records show.

(1) For high ranking public officials in China, allowing relatives to take responsibility for illegal activity is a common practice; but for a "corrupt" Chinese public official, it becomes an imperative to protect that relative (aka brother-in-law) or face being implicated.

(2)The apparently "corrupt" brother-in-law of President Xi Jinping of China, Deng Jiagui has never even been investigated by the Chinese government, during a lengthy political purge, which Xi presents as a fight against "corruption."

(3) Recently, Xi was able to use a variety of technology - including satellites - to shift Panama Papers blame toward "friends" of President Putin: This strategy coincides with a claim THAT the "West" manufactured the Panama Papers scandal, which is causing a great deal of trouble for Prime Minister David Cameron, of England, one of the most important leaders in the "West."

(4) Similar to other rational Opening Posts, which report real corruption in at least one Chinese satellite agency this O.P. will receive no comments and very few readers, due to Chinese satellite activity. Wise Chinese satellite operators and online agents realize that ANY attempt to conceal this Opening Post - or continue ANY type of attack on me - implicates Xi Jinping and their entire chain of command.
