The most disturbing commonality is that email and letters to US law-makers accuse U.S. Federal agencies, only - especially the CIA, NSA and FBI - of experimenting in the USA, with Directed Energy Weapons Systems (DEWS). It would be more legal and less-risky, for the agencies to experiment on military targets over foreign soil with aircraft or satellite borne focused energy weapons. Allegedly, the US Federal government has spent decades conducting expensive experiments with weapons, which were proven to be effective, during focused energy conflicts, between the CIA and KGB, beginning in the 1960's. Like firearms and other weapons, research on DEWS began to emphasize hitting human targets from increasingly greater distances. Why are there so many websites, which accuse Russian or US agencies only, when in the last few years China has launched more military satellites than both nations combined?

Remember, early military satellites disrupted, relayed or altered communications. An important function of satellites is an ability to focus on multiple or single radios and computers. Next, the objective became focusing on decision-makers, on the battlefield or in a national capitol. At this time, satellites cannot control large groups of people, like ground-based Directed Energy Weapons Systems, used for crowd control does. Complete mind control is unobtainable and silly; but satellites can introduce ideas and emotions in humans, mammals and birds. Not long ago, a guest in my home asked "can satellites read our minds?" after they put on a cool radio show. Her grandfather was a Navajo code-talker. She met every criteria of being a Chinese satellite target. By closely observing a victim and introducing ideas, satellites can create an illusion of reading minds. With satellites, China creates worse illusions than those described by people who spend money on websites, claiming the United Kingdom and or the USA is attacking their own citizens with DEWS. Unlike Chinese satellite operators, who attack civilians - especially media workers - Russian satellite teams only attack military targets. In an effort to rule EVERY nation, while attempting to show space-supremacy, Chinese satellites are attacking President Putin. U.S. satellites are also attempting to manipulate him; but U.S. and Russian satellite teams are unwilling to conduct continuous attacks, in the ways Chinese satellites manipulate world leaders, media and other news-makers. Continuous, Chinese satellite attacks on Obama, Cameron and Putin were tracked by reconnaissance aircraft. In some cases, FBI and Interpol agents become aware of Chinese satellite schedules. Chinese operators revealed satellite orbits to build a long-term plan to cut a swath of expensive heinous crime, riots and terrorism along those space-routes, as an intimidation or coercion tactic.

During Star Wars (Strategic Defense Initiative) Reagan launched a massive number of satellites bearing LASER-like focusing gear. These satellites lacked ability to shoot down nuclear missiles, as Reagan had claimed, to obtain funding for the project. Not long after a massive launch of US satellites, Gorbachev relinquished half of Berlin. Ideas U.S. and Chinese satellite teams introduced probably destroyed the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic. China attacked USSR leaders to make Russia entirely dependent on China. The USA attacks Putin because they are war-mongers, bribed by defense contractors; but for some reason, Russian satellites assist me. Satellite teams of the USA, United Kingdom, France, Israel, Germany, India and Russia appreciate me setting the record straight. If Chinese satellite teams will impersonate Russia - in a way meant to embarrass their main allie - they will impersonate anyone! Very few satellite teams are allowed to directly send messages to police, online investigators or citizens, in their own nations; but they are able get most enemies investigated in other nations. Chinese satellite teams and online agents impersonate satellite and intelligence teams of Russia, the USA, the United Kingdom, France and many other nations.

Both kinds of operators hide online reports, download viruses and knock a whistle-blower's computer off-line, unless a long-term Chinese plan included participation of certain "whistle-blowers." Long before Xi Jinping dealt with satellites, Chinese and Russian satellites were creating hilarious radio shows for other satellite teams, on my radios. China has effectively declared cyber-war on the entire USA, including the FBI. If the National Security Agency was blamed for altering or hiding online content, US citizens would be incensed. Why is it okay for China to heavily manipulate the internet and computers, in the USA? For example, although Xi Jinping continues the arrest and execution of thousands of people, in a political purge, while destroying entire ecosystems to claim shipping lanes of other nations in the South China Sea, he has a far better image than every other world leader - at least online...

THAT said, satellite focused energy is not deadly in the technical sense; but an ability to covertly introduce ideas and feelings to people around a target and the targeted individual remains a valid threat. Black-ops satellite teams like being intimidating; but from that distance even tightly focused energy lacks the impact of aircraft or ground-based Directed Energy Weapons. If all the radiation and death-ray stuff was true, I would be dead by now. In fact, black-ops, underground Chinese satellite teams that were far more amusing (for other satellite teams, which can hear a whisper and my voice) are no longer in satellite intelligence. Xi had entire teams of satellite operators arrested. Rumor has it, they were forming a fifth column for a coup d'état.

Schizophrenics comprise about 1% of the human population. The number of people, who believe they are being attacked with DEWS - from various sources - far exceeds that low percentage. In fact, very few reclusive schizophrenics are willing to write congress or comment online about psychological attacks. Many true victims of satellite attacks believe complaining about the problem verbally or in print will increase attacks. Most of these victims blame everyone but the true perpetrators of the focused energy attacks. Not long after I learned the National Security Agency existed, Chinese satellites caused my Charter Cable Anti-virus suite to indicate that nsa.gov was controlling my browser, instead of simply monitoring it, because I visited Muslim websites to get antiwar imagery. For over a decade, Chinese satellite teams effectively impersonated the NSA, while destroying my readership, a book I was writing and my online experience. I worked in two-way, police radio and more exotic communications and wrote copy for 4 broadcast radio stations and a newspaper. Xi actually inherited me as a problem [or asset] past Chinese satellite operators created. Over the years, I developed a sort of immunity to several kinds of frequency attacks from satellites in Low Earth Orbit. Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) is the region of space around the Earth below an altitude of 2,000 kilometres (1,243 mi). If I was hit with a DEWS attack from a much lower aircraft, it would probably kill me. The kill-zone aspect disproves online accusations against the US Government, for using covert technology on humans in the USA. If an aircraft or ground station used the modern DEWS on online critics, they would not be alive to write lies about intelligence or investigating agents. A motto of US special Forces boasts "One Shot; One Kill!" Distant, fast-moving, satellites can be unbelievably spooky and play wicked mind games; but they lack the direct energy death punch airborne or ground based gear provides. I was being attacked by Chinese satellites, while writing the first version of the Opening Post. The re-write of 4/27/16 is far more concise.
